Mark Willis is BACK as KW CEO

We are excited to announce that Mark Willis has joined our leadership team as CEO. This comes after he has spent the last seven years training, coaching, and consulting business leaders inside and outside the industry.

With a deep knowledge of our company and our culture, Mark is well-suited to lead us through our next growth phase.

With so much uncertainty surrounding the real estate industry today, it’s never been more important to have a leader who thoroughly knows us and understands business at the highest level. That’s Mark Willis.

Since 1991, Mark has served in many leadership roles within KW, including team leader, market center owner, operating principal, regional director, KWRI president from 2002 to 2005, and KWRI CEO from 2005 to 2015.

When I sat down with Mark to visit about this position, Mark said, “I’d be honored to be our CEO and roll up my sleeves to serve our community. My heart and soul could not be more grateful and passionate for our KW family.”
